THE BARN

Giving Back & Paying It Forward

The Barn—as it’s affectionately known—has become a cherished place for us, and we hope it has for you too. For over 30 years, this barn provided food and shelter for cattle. Today, it nourishes hearts and brings people together. Over the last decade, this lovingly repurposed dairy barn has welcomed countless non-profit organizations, community gatherings, and special moments. But what truly makes The Barn special isn’t the events themselves—it’s the friends, neighbors, and community that fill it with life, laughter, and purpose. This barn has been the backdrop for revivals, baptisms, and even memorial services. It has echoed with worship, Bible studies, men’s and women’s groups, and the heartfelt melodies of Songwriter Nights. It’s a place where people come together to celebrate, reflect, and reconnect—with each other and with the land the good Lord has given us. Our greatest hope is that everyone who steps through these doors leaves with a renewed spirit and a deeper love for the beauty that surrounds us.

Please note: Briarpatch Farm hosts only a limited number of events each year, as we carefully prepare for each gathering. The Barn is not a special event venue for rental—rather, it’s our way of giving back and paying our blessings forward.

We are committed to uplifting and empowering organizations within our community…

Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”
