  • $5.15/lb and sold by hanging weight

  • Custom cut to your specifications

  • Requires a $250 non-refundable deposit

Ordering Process


Step 1

Choose whole or half! Make this decision with you or your family’s needs in mind.

Step 2

Make your bulk beef selection. Deposits can be made via cash or credit card.

Step 3

Submit your deposit.

Step 4

Your steer goes to the processor and we contact you. The processor will reach out to you for cutting instructions.

Step 5

Pick up your beef! The processor will call you when your beef is ready.

You MUST schedule a time with them for pickup.

Remember, it takes about 14-18 days from the time a steer goes to the processor until you receive the beef.
